Can I set my own price when reselling Maia Sleep?
Yes! You control how much you charge families. Your profit is the difference between your price and the flat $39.99/month (or $29.99/month) platform cost per client.
How do I register my customers?
Each consultant has a private onboarding link. Just share it with your client — Maia will take it from there and guide them through intake, payment, and setup.
What if I don’t have any customers one month?
No problem. You only pay the monthly consultant membership (if on the $97 plan). There are no per-customer minimums, and you won’t be billed for unused client slots.
Can I switch from Free to Certified Consultant membership?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime based on your goals. Your account settings let you make the switch in one click.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your Certified Consultant Membership anytime. However:
❌ Your customers will no longer receive the discounted rate.
❌ You will be removed from the “Certified Consultants” section on the Maia Sleep website.
To fully close your consultant account, you must remove all active customers before your next billing cycle.
