What is the Maia Sleep Consultant Program?

The Maia Sleep Consultant Program allows sleep consultants and professionals to resell Maia Sleep’s AI-powered sleep solutions to their own clients while growing their business. Consultants can choose between a free membership or a Certified Consultant membership for added benefits.

Can I set my own price when reselling Maia Sleep?

Yes! Consultants control their pricing when reselling Maia Sleep.

Example: You pay $39.99 per customer but charge $59.99/month → $20 profit per customer.

Certified Consultants pay a lower per-customer rate, allowing for higher profit margins

How do I register my customers?

Once you sign up, you’ll gain access to a Consultant Dashboard inside Kiuvify where you can:

✅ Add new customers using the registration form.

✅ Track active customers linked to your account.

✅ Monitor upcoming charges based on usage.

All customers must be registered in the Kiuvify system to be counted for billing.

What if I don’t have any customers one month?

Free Consultants: If you have zero customers, you won’t be charged.

Certified Consultants: You will still pay your $97/month membership fee, but won’t be charged per customer if you have none.

Can I switch from Free to Certified Consultant membership?

Yes! You can upgrade to a Certified Consultant at any time through your Consultant Dashboard.

✅If you switch in the middle of a billing cycle, your discounted per-customer rate will apply from the next billing period.

✅If you downgrade from Certified to Free, you will lose discounted pricing and your listing on the Maia Sleep website.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your Certified Consultant Membership anytime. However:

❌ Your customers will no longer receive the discounted rate.

❌ You will be removed from the “Certified Consultants” section on the Maia Sleep website.

To fully close your consultant account, you must remove all active customers before your next billing cycle.
