These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform, applications, and services, operated by Kiuvo LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Kiuvo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), doing business as Maia Sleep. By using Maia Sleep’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Maia Sleep provides personalized, AI-assisted sleep support for infants and toddlers, including:

Custom daily sleep plans

Troubleshooting and FAQ support

Gentle sleep training guidance

Educational tips on feeding, bedtime routines, and sleep environments

These services are accessible via web and/or WhatsApp and are provided digitally without download.

We emphasize that:

Maia Sleep is not a licensed medical provider.

Information provided by our AI assistant is educational in nature and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

We do not diagnose or treat sleep or medical disorders.

Parents are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before implementing any sleep-related changes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Maia Sleep offers paid subscription plans billed monthly (or otherwise stated at checkout).

By subscribing, you:

Authorize recurring payments via Stripe or other supported processors.

Agree to pay the fees associated with your plan until cancellation.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Modify plan features and pricing with prior notice

Offer promotional pricing at our discretion

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancelation prevents future charges but does not

guarantee a refund for prior charges.

Refunds may be issued only if:

You were charged in error or due to a technical issue

You made duplicate purchases unintentionally

All refund decisions are at our sole discretion. Use of the service during the billing period may disqualify a refund request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and brand assets associated with Maia Sleep, including but not limited to:

AI workflows

Educational content

Sleep plans

Logos and design elements

Are the exclusive property of Kiuvo LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to:

Reproduce, resell, or republish any part of our platform or service

Copy or reverse-engineer our AI technology

Use the service for commercial gain without explicit permission

6. User Conduct

By using Maia Sleep, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes

Provide truthful information about yourself and your child

Not disrupt or harm our systems or other users

Not use automated scripts or bots to access or abuse the platform

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

All information provided by Maia Sleep is for educational and support purposes only.

We do not offer:

Diagnosis or treatment for medical conditions

Medical prescriptions

Emergency health advice

We may record and review AI interactions to improve the service.

By using Maia Sleep, you consent to AI-assisted conversations and data processing necessary to personalize your experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kiuvo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Maia Sleep

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 90 days

You use the service at your own risk. No guarantee is made as to specific results from using our service.
